St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, a community of hope and healing for more than 57 years, is committed to serving children who are victims of sex trafficking in our community.

Our Healing Center will serve young people for the next 50 years and beyond.

Join us as we grow!

The Healing Center will be the only residential treatment center with these specific housing options in Southern Nevada, and one of the few in the country assisting these young people to move from victim to survivor.

St. Jude’s Ranch for Children has the experience, knowledge, and capabilities; however, we can’t do this alone.  We need community support to bring hope and healing to vulnerable victims.

St. Jude's Ranch for Children calls on you - the leaders, corporations, philanthropists, and all community members to invest in the Healing Center.

The new Healing Center will be home to our specialized program for children who are victims of sex trafficking. At St. Jude's Ranch for Children, we already provide a nurturing and therapeutic environment, lived experience advocates, and other critical services. This will be an expansion on our services to help victims that have nowhere else to turn for holistic support.

*Person-centered, holistic and

trauma-informed care

*Educational and

Our vision is to break the cycle of abuse and neglect by mending spirits and renewing hope.

For more than 57 years, St. Jude’s Ranch for Children has provided a safe, nurturing home with therapeutic residential treatment services to thousands of children who experienced abuse and neglect in Nevada. St. Jude’s Ranch for Children has made and continues to make a difference by healing hearts and giving children hope.

The Healing Center will be the first-of-its-kind residential therapeutic center in the country, with its specific holistic treatment options. Our specialized program will provide a nurturing and therapeutic holistic environment and other critical services like lived experience advocates who understand what each child has endured.

The Healing Center is unique- offering trauma-sensitive design, on-site school opportunities, and a designed environment to support healing the mind, body, and spirit.

Nevada Women’s Philanthropy grants $500,000 to St. Jude’s Ranch for Children

Nevada Women’s Philanthropy (NWP) members elected to grant $500,000 to St. Jude’s Ranch for Children to fund the Healing Center, a 2,450 square-foot welcome center and emergency shelter for children and youth - 18 years old and younger - who are victims of abuse, neglect, and sex trafficking.

NWP is honored to partner with St. Jude’s Ranch for Children,” NWP President Dawn Mack said. “Children who have been involved with human trafficking deserve an appropriate place to heal as they recover from this type of trauma.”

Nevada State Elks Association grants $500,000 for the new Healing Center!

The Nevada State Elks Association is proud to support St. Jude’s Ranch for Children's new Healing Center with a gift of $500,000!  This new facility will help further the Elks' commitment to southern Nevada's youth in need.

Since 1990, the Nevada State Elks Association has focused funding to support youth in need beginning with Project Safe Haven. The Elks continued to support the Nevada Division of Child and Family Services though 2020 and then expanded support to reach the current needs of our communities. After considerable effort the Board determined that St. Jude’s Ranch for Children met the Major Project’s defined purposed to the community. The NSEA is thrilled to support this 2,450 square-foot welcome center and emergency shelter for children and youth - 18 years old and younger - who are victims of abuse, neglect, and sex trafficking.
